Yeast Nation was my senior project, where I was tasked with turning actors into single celled organisms with extreme characteristics and emotions. My director asked one major thing, and that was to have a diversity of looks, and avoid making characters all identical. I chose to accomplish this using color and textures to delineate familial ties and lineage as well as shaping to create more blobbed and interesting silhouettes.
